2024 Summer Leadership Practice

This session aims to equip participants with valuable skills and strategies that can help them foster motivation and inspiration and create a vision of hope for themselves and/or their school. During the session, participants will explore how they can inspire and motivate others by developing and sharing stories of personal and professional growth, as well as highlighting the successes of their team or organization on social media. They will also learn how to identify and manage distractions, increase their focus and productivity, and create an environment that aligns with our strategic goals. Moreover, participants will explore how to generate hope by creating and communicating a vision of a positive future for their community. They will learn how to set actionable goals to move forward in a positive direction and inspire others to do the same
